Welcome to Nano Banana Star! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nano Banana Star Chrome extension (the "Service"), provided by Nano Banana Star ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Nano Banana Star is a browser extension that enhances Google's AI Studio. Key features include an advanced prompt library, a prompt builder with dynamic placeholders, an on-page image editor with AI-powered tools (e.g., background removal, upscaling), and cloud synchronization of user-created content for Pro users.

2. User Accounts & Pro Services

  • Account Creation: To access certain features, such as cloud sync, you must create an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it.
  • Pro Services: We offer paid "Pro" subscriptions and one-time credit purchases ("Top-Ups"). These services unlock features like cloud synchronization for your custom prompts and provide credits for using premium AI tools.
  • Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Gumroad. We do not collect or store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms and conditions.

3. User-Generated Content

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of the prompts, categories, and images you create, upload, or process using the Service ("Your Content").
  • License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service (e.g., to sync your prompts to your account).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or generate any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL NANO BANANA STAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
